General Ordering Information
Chloe Sachs Jewelry Design accepts Visa, MasterCard, DiscoverĀ and American Express. Please do NOT include your credit card information as email communication is not secure. We will complete your transaction by phone.
Domestic orders are shipped PRIORITY MAIL unless otherwise requested. International shipping methods/charges vary according to destination.
Custom Orders
Chloe Sachs Jewelry Design welcomes custom orders. Please email us with any questions.
Repairs
Chloe Sachs Jewelry Design will repair jewelry free of charge when damage occurs due to normal wear within one year of purchase. Sale items or items purchased previous to the one year time period may incur a nominal repair fee. For information about repairs, please email us.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns must be postmarked within seven days of receipt of order for merchandise credit only. Jewelry must be in its original condition and packaging before credit can be issued. Special/custom orders and sale items are not returnable.
To return an item, please email us for pre-approval and please insure any returns. Chloe Sachs Jewelry Design is not responsible for lost or damaged items, shipping fees are non-refundable.
